Exercise to stay healthy. That's how I view my daily routine! If you exercise to lose weight, eventually you will stop. Like all diets, they really do not work. As a result of daily exercise, I am able to function with Spinal Stenosis without undergoing invasive surgery or taking strong pain medication. I am 81 years old.
